Drill & drill bits or screwdriver b. License plate fasteners c. Painters tape Step 1: a. Mark the drill holes b. Use the painters tape to hold the license plate frame c. Mark the 4 holes and remove the frame for easier drilling Tip: A sharpie works best for marking the holes Step 2: a. Place the rivets b. Once holes are drilled, place the frame over the 4 holes c. Use rivets to keep license plate frame in place Step 3: a. Use the license plate fasteners b. Once license plate frame is in place, use the plate screws to attach the license plate to the frame Tip: Drill holes in the license plate first before attaching to the frame Step 4: a. Expiration date sticker b.
