Q. I can't find a certain product I'm looking for.
A. Currently ROGO Fastener has a very extensive product line, however, we do not yet offer all of our products on our online store. If there is something you cannot find, rest assured, we most likely have it in our store. Contact Us by Phone or E-mail and we will be happy to assist you!
Q. Are all of your products made in America?
A. As a family-run American business, ROGO is dedicated to supplying American made products and strive to find the best items made right here in the USA. Sometimes though, in the interest of getting you what you've purchased in a timely manner, we may use products from one of our other trusted distributors in Europe or overseas.
Q. What if there is an item missing from my order?
A. ROGO strives to ensure successful deliveries by checking our orders through a multiple-level system, however, in the event that there is an item missing from your order, please give us a call and the item will be shipped out to you.
Q. What if my order arrives damaged?
A. While ROGO handles all your packages with care, things can happen between the warehouse and you. Orders that arrive damaged will be quickly replaced with a simple phone call to our store.
