I can't find a certain product I'm looking for.
ROGO Fastener has a very extensive product line, but not all of our products are currently offered on our online store. If there is something you cannot find, we most likely have it available. Please contact us by phone or email and we will be happy to assist you.
Are all of your products made in America?
As a family-run American business, ROGO is dedicated to supplying American-made products and strives to find the best items made right here in the USA. Sometimes, in the interest of getting you what you purchased in a timely manner, we may use products from other trusted distributors in Europe or overseas.
What if there is an item missing from my order?
ROGO strives to ensure successful deliveries by checking orders through a multiple-level system. However, if there is an item missing from your order, please give us a call and the item will be shipped out to you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
While ROGO handles all packages with care, things can happen between the warehouse and you. Orders that arrive damaged will be quickly replaced with a simple phone call to our store.
