This M8-1.25 extruded U-nut creates a secure metric threaded attachment point on sheet metal without requiring access to the back of the mounting panel. Its spring-style U-shaped design clips over the panel edge and aligns the threaded opening with the mounting hole for efficient automotive assembly and repair.
Finished with a phosphate coating, this extruded U-nut fits panel thicknesses from 0.80mm to 4.00mm and features a 14.5mm center-of-hole-to-edge measurement.
