Shipping and Return Policy
With ROGO Fastener, you can trust that your order will be quickly processed by our trusted warehouse team and safely delivered to your shop or home.
All products are shipped UPS Ground directly from our Warehouse, while some of our Bins and Cabinets may be shipped via UPS-Freight.
Unfortunately we are not able to ship some of our products internationally. If you are interested in having something shipped to you internationally, please contact us ahead of time.
FLAT-FEE FREIGHT INFO
ROGO's Flat-Fee Freight is calculated by zone and divided into 2 main categories:
- East of the Mississippi
- Continental US (West of the Mississippi)
States such as Alaska & Hawaii and certain large products will be subject to actual freight charges.
No Internation shipping available at this time.

IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED:
If your package or order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of arrival for a return or exchange.
For domestic customers, a return label will be included with your invoice.
ALL OTHER RETURNS:
Any new or used items may also be returned within 90 days of the date your item was shipped and we will refund the full purchase price:
No returns after 90 days of invoice date.
EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS:
We cannot accept returns on custom made and special ordered items.
RETURNING ITEMS BY MAIL/UPS:
If it's our mistake we will pay the freight for the return if it's your mistake you must pay the cost of freight:
