This M8 x 1.25 ISO Grip-Sert Nutsert installs clean, load-bearing steel threads in casting, fiberglass, fiberboard, plastic, wood, and other ductile materials across a 3.80–7.90 mm grip range. Its versatile design supports blind, open, buried, and through-hole fastening applications.
The taper-lock design helps prevent spinning and twisting while supporting installation in flat or curved surfaces. Made from cadmium-plated mild steel, the insert installs with the appropriate Grip-Sert hand tool and conversion kit, requires no finishing after installation, and becomes self-tightening with repeated use.
