This JIS metric starter assortment contains zinc-plated Class 8.8 hex head cap screws, hex nuts, flat washers, and lock washers in M6, M8, M10, and M12 sizes. JIS fasteners feature a smaller across-flats hex dimension than comparable DIN or ISO metric fasteners, allowing access in confined areas where a larger hex head may not fit.
Designed for servicing Japanese import automobiles and motorcycles, the assortment includes a pre-labeled 36-compartment steel bin measuring 23-3/4 inches wide, 23-3/4 inches high, and 4-3/4 inches deep. The bin has a ROGO yellow enamel finish and can be wall mounted or placed on a countertop.
