This blue nylon triple-head retainer is designed for GM cowl, pillar, windshield trim and related interior trim-panel fastening applications. Documented OEM uses include center pillar garnish molding, upper and rear pillar trim and cowl-side trim when the original clip matches the required dimensions.
The retainer fits an 8.5mm mounting hole and features an 18mm bottom head diameter, 16.5mm middle head diameter, 13mm top head diameter and a 10mm diameter stem measuring 14mm long. It cross-references GM OEM number 11561654.
