This blue nylon push-type retainer is designed for GM bumper fascia and related bumper mounting applications. Its open-end configuration provides a replacement for damaged or missing fascia retainers when the original fastener matches the required mounting-hole and dimensional configuration.
The retainer fits a 1/2" mounting hole and features a 7/8" head diameter, 5/32" shoulder length, and 25/32" stem length. It cross-references GM OEM numbers 5973400 and 5973823.
