This black nylon push-type retainer is designed primarily for GM front bumper fascia fastening applications, including documented Buick Riviera and Reatta uses. The same OEM fastener also appears in related bumper, filler-panel and body-panel locations, so replacement should be based on the original fastener's dimensions and mounting-hole configuration.
The closed-end retainer fits a 9.5mm mounting hole and features a 17mm head diameter, 2mm shoulder length and 18mm stem length. It cross-references GM OEM numbers 20687704 and 1636632.
