To prevent vibrations from loosening the nuts and bolts, try using external lock washers. They work by biting into surfaces with their teeth-like edges, creating friction and securing the nuts and bolts in place. These particular ones are plated with zinc and have a bolt size of 3/8 inch and an outer diameter of 11/16 inch.
