This aluminum Ultra-Grip structural blind rivet is designed for high-strength body repair and panel fastening applications, including approved repair procedures on select Tesla vehicles. Its mechanically locked multi-grip design accommodates a broad range of material thicknesses while allowing installation from one side of the workpiece.
The rivet features a 3/16-inch diameter, 13/32-inch rivet length, and a grip range from 1/16 to 17/64 inch. It has a 3/8-inch flange diameter with an aluminum rivet body and aluminum mandrel, and cross-references Tesla OEM number 1028719-00-A and POP Rivets number AD627OUG.
