This steel Ultra-Grip structural blind rivet is designed for high-strength automotive fastening on select GM and Tesla vehicles. Its multi-grip structural design provides a mechanically locked blind fastening connection for structural body repair and other OEM-specified assemblies requiring installation from one side of the workpiece.
The rivet features a 1/4-inch diameter, 9/16-inch rivet length, and a grip range from 5/64 to 3/8 inch. It has a 1/2-inch flange diameter with a steel rivet body and steel mandrel, and cross-references GM OEM numbers 2011554, 16723225, and 11610245, Tesla OEM number 1028408-00-A, and POP Rivets number SD8375UG.
