This #10 spring-type U-nut provides a secure fastening point on sheet metal without requiring access to the back of the mounting panel. Its spring-style U-shaped design clips over the panel edge and aligns the screw opening with the mounting hole for efficient installation and repair.
Finished with a phosphate coating, this spring-type U-nut fits panel thicknesses from .025" to .125" and features an 11/32" center-of-hole-to-edge measurement. It is suitable for general automotive and equipment fastening applications that use a compatible #10 screw.
